Getting Started
If you think you might be interested in working with me, please get in touch, either using the form below or by phone (410-782-0592). You do not need to have a diagnosis or any other “answers” about what might be going on with you, in order to contact me – you just need to let me know what is concerning you. Most of the time, a brief phone conversation is helpful, before we set up a first appointment.
Once some of your questions have been answered, we can schedule a date and time to meet virtually for an initial appointment (I am currently meeting with clients exclusively via “telehealth” – using video-conferencing (Zoom), or, in some cases, telephone. In other words, I am not seeing clients in-person right now). Typically this meeting lasts for 90 minutes and gives us an opportunity to have a longer conversation, so I can get a better sense of your concerns and you can get a better sense of what it would be like to work with me.
